Open House at St. Francis Manor

Please join St. Francis Manor on Sunday, August 26 from 2-4 p.m. for an Open House to celebrate the near completion of the $4.5 million building project.

On December 23, 2010, ground was broken to begin this ambitious project which will be completed by the end of 2012.
Renovation areas include the social center, nurse stations, hallways throughout, south lobby and entrance. New construction and expansion includes the commercial-sized kitchen addition, assisted and residential dining rooms, whirlpool spas on each resident wing, family lounge room, activity room, rehabilitation clinic, and administration offices.
Come view new progress across the entire facility. Refreshments and tours will be given starting in the St. Francis Manor Social Center at 2021 4th Avenue, Grinnell, Iowa. Free and open to the public.
