The Hammond Center for Assisted Living celebrated its 4-year anniversary with a golden years themed party in honor of tenants spending their golden years at Grinnell’s newest assisted living community.
St. Francis Manor, Seeland Park, and the Hammond Center for Assisted Living are inviting the public to a community “Fish Fry” on Friday, March 24. All-you-can-eat fish, french fries, and cole slaw will be served between 5:00 and 7:00 PM in the St. Francis Manor Social Center located off St. Francis Drive north of 4th Avenue in Grinnell. Attendees will be able to dine in or pick up carry-out meals.
Join us for our Annual Valentine's Bake Good & Craft Sale Friday, February 10th from 9-11 AM! Cinnamon rolls, coffee, and juice will be served, a free will donation will be taken all proceeds going to the Activity Departments!
In addition to supporting a good cause, you could go home with some tasty and crafty goodies! Not to mention, there will be a prize drawing.

It’s the smell of popcorn on Thursdays, laughter coming from the activity areas, colorful door decorations, or a special movie playing in the theater… The halls of St. Francis Manor and the Hammond Center are filled with weekly themes, holidays, and birthdays hosted by the activities departments! Each week is full of crafts, food, and social engagements which helps provide our residents/tenants with good quality-of-life experiences.
