S.H.A.P.E. Fitness at Seeland Park
Staying Healthy Active Positive and Energetic (S.H.A.P.E.) is a wellness program specifically designed for individuals aged 55+ who wish to increase their flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, strength and coordination. The group exercise classes offer participants a consistent exercise schedule and a safe and effectively designed workout in a fun and social environment. Classes are open to the public for a modest monthly fee of $25.
Residents have a choice of attending up to 15 scheduled classes each week ranging from low- to high-intensity fitness levels, walking fitness, and a choreographed exercise class in which participants learn basic line dancing steps and dances. Our focus on fitness is just one more way that we’re able to differentiate ourselves from other retirement-living communities.
