A hospitalization is a major event regardless of your age, and having a team of caring professionals available to help speed your recovery can make all the difference. At St. Francis Manor, our hospital-to-home skilled care services include a rehabilitation plan for physical, occupational and/or speech therapy and full-service nursing care to ensure you leave recuperated and able to make a safe transition home. If needed, therapy services can also be continued on an outpatient or in-home care basis to keep you progressing toward a full recovery. Health insurance, including Medicare, typically pays for skilled care.
