Easter Brunch
Easter Sunday was a glorious day! A total of 165 people enjoyed Easter Brunch in the Social Center including 15 St. Francis Manor residents who ate with their families. A big thank you to the Culinary Staff—Chef Arnie, Cindy Strobel, and Chris Goodrich for the delicious spread of food including very tender roast beef and homemade cream puffs, Mike & Trent Arment for setting up all the tables on Saturday, Kim Staples for decorating all the tables, and Betty Hammond, June Watkins, Sharon Finch and Dion, Shelley & Maddie Schrack for helping during the brunch.
