Mother's Day Social
Seeland Park and Hammond Center ladies and their guests were treated to a lovely afternoon celebrating Mother’s Day and the upbeat afternoon included a presentation by Jennifer McAlexander with JM Consulting entitled “Just like Mom, Mother’s Day Themed Talk & Color Analysis,” photo ops, and refreshments. Almost 95 women gathered to hear Jennifer’s fun and informative presentation on the best colors to wear considering hair, eye, and skin colors; the 1-2-3 rule to add a little pep to every outfit; and the size of accessories to complement various heights. The Social Center was decorated with a pastel pink and white balloon arch and fresh lilac centerpieces adorned the tables. The St. Francis Manor Culinary staff provided delicious petit fours and fresh fruit. “It was fantastic to see so many mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends enjoying this special event together,” commented Executive Administrator Dion Schrack. “We appreciate all mothers' love and devotion to their families.”
