Rehabilitation Clinic Reunion Luncheon
Approximately half of the past year’s “graduates” gathered for a Rehab Reunion Luncheon to celebrate their success. Out of 104 out-patient participants, 94% met their individualized program goals with expected or better than expected outcomes. Congratulations to those who did the hard work and graduated from the Rehabilitation Clinic at St. Francis Manor!
