Seeland Park’s Free S.H.A.P.E. Fitness Classes
In recognition of Active Aging Week October 2-8, several folks from the Grinnell community participated in Seeland Park’s free S.H.A.P.E. fitness classes.
In addition, several special events were coordinated by Fitness Director Callie McCaslen and attended by many Seeland Park residents and Hammond Center tenants.
Some of the events included chair massages given by She’s Got Your Back, a healthy snack workshop given by Callie with a variety of easy healthy snacks to taste along with recipe cards to take home, and a walk around our beautiful campus for the annual Healthiest State Walk.
