Our Continuing Care Retirement Community is situated in a quiet location on the southeast side of Grinnell on a 31-acre landscaped campus with beautiful trees, well-maintained lawns, and lighted sidewalks. Once currently planned construction projects are completed, the campus will include 150 independent living residences (Seeland Park), 20 assisted living apartments (Hammond Center), and a 78-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility (St. Francis Manor) with a Rehabilitation Clinic providing in-patient, out-patient and in-home rehabilitation services.
